Even if you have very little or no previous retail experience there is no need to worry. Our comprehensive franchisee training programme in combination with our detailed 'Operations Manual' will ensure that you are up and running as soon as possible.

Indeed, all the skills and knowledge that you need to put you on the road to success are incorporated within our programme and will enable you to operate your own TRUS franchise with our support and guidance.

Initial training

The initial training takes place over two full weeks including hands on experience at the TRUS flagship outlet. The training covers the following areas:

1. TRUS overview and the market place
   
2. Merchandising and handling
   
3. Setting up your TRUS business
   
4. Running your TRUS business
   
5. Sales and marketing for your TRUS business
   
6. Administration and Reporting for your TRUS business
   

This training gives you sufficient knowledge to confidently begin trading as TRUS within your exclusive territory.

Ongoing bespoke training

Once you have had your initial training from TRUS it doesn't stop there. Ongoing bespoke training is available to you at any if you want more advanced training or just some refresher training to go over anything again.
