TRUS has spent several months developing their franchisee training programme and operations manual.
It has been designed to consider somebody with some or no retail experience and give them the required skills and knowledge to operate their own TRUS franchise.
Initial training
The initial training takes place over two full weeks including hands on experience at the TRUS flagship outlet. The training covers the following areas:
- TRUS overview and the market place
- Merchandising and handling
- Setting up your TRUS business
- Running your TRUS business
- Sales and marketing for your TRUS business
- Maximising income for you TRUS business.
- Administration for your TRUS business
- Reporting for your TRUS business
- On the job training for your TRUS business
This training gives you sufficient knowledge to confidently begin trading as TRUS within your exclusive territory.
Ongoing bespoke training
Once you have had your initial training from TRUS it doesn’t stop there. Ongoing bespoke training is available to you at any time as an option if you want more advanced training or just some refresher training to go over anything again.
